Barbara Lucks brings the experience of 23 years of resort (Aspen/Snowmass) property management and condominium association governance to your common interest association. During her time in hands-on administration, the value of the 45-unit property she managed grew to six times its original value.
She also designed and implemented an association-owned rental program to define and enhance the property's brand. Annual revenues during the first six years of the program grew from $0 to seven figures. The program funded its own growth and showed positive cash flow from its inception, as well as delivering record rental income to participating homeowners.
Ms. Lucks served as a homeowners' representative during a successful multi-million dollar property renovation that was completed on-time and on-budget. General operating expenses during this extended period of growth and appreciation were within projected budgets. Member assessments for the same period were contained to annual changes that were less than the general rate of inflation. Ms. Lucks responded to a diverse array of member interests and objectives of ownership during her management tenure.
Barbara Lucks is a trained mediator. She serves as a volunteer neighborhood mediator with the Mesa County(Colorado) Mediation Center, as well as providing mediation services to Mesa County Small Claims Court.
