Barbara Lucks,CMCA brings the experience of over 25 years of Western Colorado (Aspen/Snowmass + Grand Junction area) property management and HOA/condominium association oversight to your community association.
Mrs. Lucks spent the first 23 years of her career in hands-on administration and operations supervision in ski resort condominiums. She was responsible for implementation of member services, board-established policy, personnel management, and bottom line performance.
Since her move to Western Colorado in 2007, Mrs. Lucks has focused her practice on providing education, coaching and management assistance to self-governing community associations.
She has assisted several Fruita, CO area HOAs in the transition from developer control to full homeowner control. She has also assisted a variety of Grand Junction area communities in matters ranging from cost control to board efficiency to neighborhood disagreements.
Barbara Lucks is a nationally certified CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations). This national credential is accepted by all states now requiring manager registration and licensing.
Barbara Lucks is a trained mediator. She serves as a volunteer neighborhood mediator with the Mesa County(Colorado) Mediation Center, as well as providing mediation services to Mesa County Small Claims Court.
Mrs. Lucks enjoys working with community associations both large and small. From development start-up to mature community, she values the opportunity to help communities get where they want to go.
